For the worlds population a healthy nutrition is more and more an important request.An essential goal of this thesis was to record the influence of feeding on the fatty acid structure of cows milk. For the worlds population a healthy nutrition is more and more an important request. With a little number of plant oils or fish, people can feed their need on essential monounsaturared and polyunsaturated fatty acids. This thesis shows possibilities, to enrich animal products with, at first, n3-fatty acids and shows the actually importance of these products in the practice.…
