• Mit der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit soll ein prozessorientiertes Optimierungskonzept am Beispiel von funktionsorientierten Warenflüssen des Universitätsklinikums Tübin-gen (UKT) entwickeltMit der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit soll ein prozessorientiertes Optimierungskonzept am Beispiel von funktionsorientierten Warenflüssen des Universitätsklinikums Tübin-gen (UKT) entwickelt werden.Nachdem in Kapitel 3 das UKT und die zu betrachtenden Fachabteilungen (FA) End-geräte und Benutzeradministration (EGBA) sowie das Medizinisch Technische Servi-cezentrum (MTS), in denen die zu optimierenden Warenflüsse angesiedelt sind, vor-gestellt werden, folgt in Kapitel 4 eine Ist-Analyse. Das Hauptaugenmerk dabei, liegt auf einer lückenlosen Darstellung sämtlicher, aktuell ausgeführter Aktivitäten sowie aller Informations- und Datenströme. Ihre Bewertung erfolgt in Kapitel 5, der Schwachstellenanalyse. Für die Umsetzung der operativen (kurzfristigen) als auch der strategischen (langfristigen) Ziele wird in Kapitel 6 das daraus resultierende mehrschichtige Optimierungskonzept vorgestellt, wobei eine räumliche, informatori-sche sowie eine organisatorische Prozesssicht in den Mittelpunkt rückt.Am Schluss der Arbeit folgt eine Zusammenfassung der analysierten Thematik.…
• The ambition of the present dissertation is the development of a process-oriented optimization draft, using the example of function oriented streams of goods at the University Medical Centre TuebingenThe ambition of the present dissertation is the development of a process-oriented optimization draft, using the example of function oriented streams of goods at the University Medical Centre Tuebingen (UMCT). The introduction of the UMCT and the specialized divisions in chapter 3 is followed by an analysis of the present situation in chapter 4. The main attention is focused on the complete representation of all current activities as well as all the information- and data streams. Their assessment occurs in chapter 5 with the analysis of the weak-spots. For the implementation of the operational (short-term) as well as the strategical (long-term) purposes, a multilayer optimization concept is presented in chapter 6. The dissertation ends with a summary of the analyzed topic.…
