• Die Wandlung der Wirtschaft im letzten Jahrzehnt und die damit einhergehenden Problemfelder lassen sich für die Unternehmen nur schwer im Alleingang bewältigen. Um sich auf seine Kernkompetenzen konzentrieren und auf Kundenwünsche termin- und anforderungsgerecht reagieren zu können, wird eine unternehmensübergreifende Sichtweise auf die Wertschöpfungskette notwendig. Die betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung geht heute davon aus, dass der zukünftige Wettbewerb sich nicht mehr wie gewohnt zwischen konkurrierenden Unternehmen, sondern zwischen konkurrierenden Wertschöpfungsketten abspielen wird.Das grundlegende Ziel des Supply Chain Managements ist dabei die Realisierung von Optimierungspotentialen durch eine unternehmensübergreifende Gestaltung der Wertschöpfungskette. Hierzu werden Controlling-Instrumente benötigt, die das Management dabei unterstützen.Die Diplomarbeit betrachtet zunächst die essentiellen Begriffe und befasst sich mit den dem Supply Chain Controlling zu Grunde liegenden Instrumenten zur Schaffung eines einheitlichen Verständnisses der unternehmensübergreifenden Prozesse. Dabei liegt das Hauptmerk auf der Supply Chain Map, dem Beanspruchungs- und Belastbarkeitsportfolio sowie dem SCOR-Modell der Supply Chain Council. Anschließend wird auf die relevanten Controlling-Instrumente nach Jürgen Weber eingegangen, darunter das Beziehungscontrolling, die unternehmensübergreifende Prozesskostenrechnung, die Kennzahlen und Kennzahlensysteme (wie z.B. die Balanced Scorecard). Unter anderem wird dabei ein Vergleich zum traditionellen Controlling-Verständnis der Instrumente gezogen und deren Einsatz in der Supply Chain anhand eines praktischen Beispiels erläutert. Abschließend sollen anhand einer kritischen Würdigung die Vor- bzw. Nachteile der behandelten Instrumente dargestellt werden.…

To deal with those they have to concentrate upon their core capabilities. An appropriate reaction upon the customer's needs and delivery within the agreed time necessitates a cross-company value chain. The scientists assume today that the future business competition will take place between value chains and not as usual between competing companies. The basic aim of the Supply Chain Management is to realise potentials for optimization through making use of a cross-company arrangement of value chains. Hereunto controlling instruments for the management support are needed. This diploma thesis first contemplates the essential definitions and finally concentrates upon the instruments forming the basis of the Supply Chain Controlling. These instruments establish a common understanding of the cross-company processes. The main focus lies thereby on the Supply Chain Map, the "Beanspruchungs" and "Belastbarkeits"-portfolio as well as the SCOR-Model created by the Supply Chain Council. Following the basic, descriptive Supply Chain Controlling-instruments the thesis is taking a look at the Controlling-Instruments used by Jürgen Weber. These are the Relationship-Controlling, the cross-company activity-based costing, key data and performance measurement systems (e.g. the Balanced Scorecard). Among other things a comparison to the traditional understanding of the above mentioned Controlling-instruments is drawn within the diploma thesis. The use of the instruments in the Supply Chain is shown upon examples appearing daily in business life. Closing with the advantages and disadvantages of the discussed instruments, the thesis takes a look at the critiques.…
