Gerade für diese Branche ist die Transformation und die Bürgerkriegsfolgen ein schwerer Hemmfaktor. Dass trotz dieser Schwierigkeiten der kroatische Technologietransfer im Aufschwung ist, soll zum Teil durch diese Arbeit belegt werden. Es handelt sich im eine Momentaufnahme aller Technologietransferrelevanten Bereiche sowohl von der Staatsseite als auch von der Wirtschaftsseite her.…

Particularly for these sector the transformation process and consequences of the civil war still is a difficult hindering. This thesis attempts to circumstantiate that in spite of these facts, croatian technology transfer is still rising.
