• Klein- bis mittelständische Unternehmen geraten häufig in die Situation, dass die Unternehmensführung aufgrund der zunehmenden Größe des Unternehmens und der steigenden Komplexität der ArbeitprozesseKlein- bis mittelständische Unternehmen geraten häufig in die Situation, dass die Unternehmensführung aufgrund der zunehmenden Größe des Unternehmens und der steigenden Komplexität der Arbeitprozesse immer schwieriger wird und die Leitung dazu zwingt, betriebswirtschaftliche Strukturen zu bilden. Der Problematik mangelnder Transparenz in den Arbeitsprozessen soll durch die „Einführung eines Projektcontrollings“ begegnet werden. Die Planung, Kontrolle und damit Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts soll durch Schaffung eines grundlegenden Informationssystems verbessert werden. Dafür ist der Aufbau eines einheitlich strukturierten Planungs- und Budgetierungssystems notwendig. Die Schwerpunkte des Planungs- und Kontrollsystems liegen in der Zeit-/Termin-, Kapazitäts- sowie Kostenplanung und -kontrolle, welche im Rahmen von Vor- und Nachkalkulationen der einzelnen Projekte erfolgen. Über Abweichungsanalysen sollen wichtige Informationen für Folgeprojekte ermittelt werden.Durch die „Einführung eines Kennzahlensystem“ soll die Informationsbasis für eine bessere Steuerung des Gesamtunternehmens gebildet werden. Der Fokus liegt auf der Schaffung von Transparenz über die finanzielle Situation des Unternehmens und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der einzelnen Funktionen im Unternehmen. Ziel ist allerdings nicht, ein komplexes System mit einer Vielzahl von Kennzahlen in logischer Verknüpfung herzustellen, sondern ein „ausbaufähiges“ Fundament zu bilden, das eine optimale Lösung in Bezug auf die Aufwand-Nutzen-Relation für das vorliegende Unternehmen darstellt. Ohne Zweifel stellen Kennzahlen wichtige Informationsträger dar, sie sind aber auch nur dann für das Unternehmen nutzbringend, wenn die Informationen auch effektiv bearbeitet und genutzt werden. Qualitativen Maßstäben kommt bei der Auswahl der Kennzahlen daher weit mehr Bedeutung als der Quantität zu.…

Therefore, the management is forced to establish economic structures. The lack of transparency in the work processes shall be forced with the “introduction of project-controlling”. The planning, controlling, and managing of the daily operational business shall be improved by the establishment of a basic information-system. In order to reach increased control and management of the work processes, the construction of a same structured system for planning and budgeting is necessary. The planning- and budgeting- system mainly focuses on the planning and controlling of the time/appointment, capacity and costs. These take place within before- and after- calculations of the particular project. With deviation-analysis, important information shall be determined for following projects. The introduction of a system of figures is supposed to build the basis of information used by the business-management. The figures shall concentrate on building transparency of the financial situation of the business and the efficiency of its functions. The goal is not to create a complex system including a multitude of figures in a logical combination, but to form an enlarged foundation that constitutes, with regard to the expenditure-profit-relation, the best solution for the present business. Figures are indisputably essential carriers of information and are profitable. But only if they are used effectively , they are also profitable for the business. Consequently quality, in regard to the choice of the figures, is given more attention than quantity.…
