Mit einerMarktanalyse für Ölsaaten und deren Produkte im Hinblick auf die Preisbildung, den Einkaufsowie den Absatz sowie einer weitergehenden Risikobetrachtung der Investition soll dievorliegende Arbeit die Machbarkeit einer Investition in eine Pflanzenölpresse überprüfen.Die Ölpresse ist dabei nur ein Teil des Gesamtprojekts, der regionalen Wertschöpfung vomAnbau der Saat bis zur Verwertung der Verarbeitungsprodukte Pflanzenöl und Schrot. ImWeiteren ist eine Biotankstelle, eine Pflanzenölheizung, ein Blockheizkraftwerk aufPflanzenölbasis und der regionale Pflanzenölvertrieb Bestandteile des Gesamtkonzepts.Die Ausarbeitung von ökologischen Aspekten, unterteilt in technische und politischeSichtweisen, gehört ebenso zum Umfang der Arbeit.Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Huber – Mühlein der Praxis geschrieben. Die Firma Huber – Mühle in Hohberg ist ein mittelständischerBetrieb für Standard - Mehle und weiter Spezialprodukte wie Müsli oder Snacks.…

A vegetable oil press requires raw material and man power on the one hand and the tools to market and utilise the final products on the other hand By the means of a market analysis for oilseeds and their products in terms of pricing, buying, distribution and further aspects of the investment risk disclosure, the present diploma thesis is to examine the feasibility of an investment in a vegetable oil press. The oil press presents only one component of the overall project which comprises the regional added value from the cultivation of the seeds to the utilisation of the final products plant oil and grist. Further components of the project are a fuelling station, a heating system and a block heat and power plant, all based on vegetable oil, and the distribution of plant oil. Demonstrating the ecological aspects, subdivided into technical and political perceptions, is also part of the thesis. The present diploma thesis was elaborated in close practical cooperation with Huber – Mühle, a medium sized company specialized in milling products, e.g. different types of flour and cereals.…
